Bootcamps

Tuesday + Thursday: 7pm

Bootcamp sessions are run in Basingstoke every week. The bootcamps use a range of different delivery methods, with teams, pairs and individual workouts. Our bootcamps are designed for all levels of fitness, you will be pushed if necessary and supported where appropriate. The bootcamps are a fun way to get fitter, lose weight or to gain some more muscle.

Ruff + Ready

Saturday: 9-10am

Ruff + Ready sessions take place on Saturday mornings. If you prefer a more rugged, rough style of bootcamp then this is perfect. The sessions use a range of different delivery methods, with teams, pairs and individual workouts. Some of the equipment used in our sessions: Tractor tyres, sledgehammers, truck tyres, sand, water, bucket KB’s.

Intro to TH Total Football

This unique football coaching package is aimed at boys and girls aged 3-4 and focuses on gaining the core skills needed to become a successful footballer. These 30 minute sessions are primarily designed to be fun but also to work on the core ABC* skills needed for successful player development. The sessions will coach players using the unique Dutch Coaching philosophy, which has enabled advanced player growth.

*(A = Agility/ B = Balance/ C = Coordination)

 

TH Total Football

Having progressed through our Introduction to TH Total Football, young players can now move onto our signature football coaching package. This package is aimed at boys and girls aged 4-6. Using our direct partnership with Total Football (Based in Europe) we have produced a coaching philosophy that aims to develop players, technically, physically and emotionally in the beautiful game. All coaches are FA qualified, with the correct first aid certification.
